Summary: The Intergalactic Council begins shipping undesirable E.T.’s to its new penal colony, Earth. In response, the Commission on Superhuman Activities activates a new law enforcement group, the S.T.A.R.S., and puts U.S. Agent in charge. But something even more sinister is afoot: One of the illegal aliens is Ego, the living planet, who bursts free from its containment and begins to devour the Earth!

Significant appearances from The Avengers (Captain America, Goliath, Iron Man, the Scarlet Witch, Triathlon, the Vision, Warbird, the Wasp, and Wonder Man), Piledriver and Ronan the Accuser.

Also seen in action: Daredevil, The Winter Guard and "The New Warriors in Vermont" (Namorita, Nova, Speedball, Turbo and a fifth character I cannot identity).

Continuity: This story will sweep around the first part of the upcoming T-Bolts adventure, "Heroic Tendencies" (Thunderbolts/Next) and the T-Bolts will cameo in Part 2.

I have no idea what the Warriors are doing in Vermont.
