Summary: Transported to an alternate dimension called Kosmos, the T-Bolts find themselves pawns in a political uprising. Baron Zemo and Techno appear briefly to hatch a new plot.

Continuity: Karla assumes leadership and reverts to the code name "Moonstone." The story explains the origin of the Growing Man, and the destination of the message it sent at the end of "Growing Pains" ( 1997/08/02).

Comments: A major letdown. With both Zemo and Techno gone, the remaining Bolts come off as a bunch of whiners. The bug people of Kosmos are not easy to tell apart, nor is the political situation very interesting. The plot relies on some mind-numbing time travel and a couple of broad coincidences.
