Summary: Hallie, now Jolt, leads the T-Bolts to her place of imprisonment: Dr. Doom’s abandoned castle, where the macabre Arnim Zola is conducting experiments on kidnapped children.

Continuity: Jolt makes her costumed debut, and Techno makes a critical slip-up. Dallas appears in her role as Mayoral liaison.
