Summary: When it looks like Namor, the Sub-Mariner, is planning an attack on the surface world, Norman Osborn sends Venom to intercept. Violence ensues.

Comments: Even if the hero were more interesting than Namor, Revolution is a plodding piece that was clearly written from the status-changing resolution backwards, then decompressed unscrupulously to fill six issues. Fortunately the battle with Venom is the only portion that is relevant to the T-Bolts.
